I am a health economic and outcome research fellow in Abbvie, with a master’s degree in population health from University College London. My research interests include real-world data in hematological treatment profilio and cost research.

賴映儒（Ying-Ju Lai）

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Biostatistics and Health Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh, with a master’s degree in Biostatistics from National Taiwan University and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from National Cheng Kung University. My research interests include high-throughput omics data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and the development of statistical models.

什麼時候該考慮 Master Out？換指導教授是否真的能改變現狀？如何向導師溝通，並維護學術人脈？面對低潮，如何釐清目標，重拾信心？博士之路往往漫長且充滿挑戰，從研究瓶頸到人際壓力，每一點都令人感到煎熬無比。不得已時，選擇 Master Out（改以碩士學位結束學業）或換指導教授，往往是充滿掙扎的抉擇。本次活動我們將邀請博士生與過來人分享她們的親身經歷，並提供實用的心態調適與決策建議，幫助參與者在博班面對困境時做出最可能最適合自己的選擇。無論你正處於抉擇的十字路口，或是希望更了解這些過程以幫助身邊的同學、朋友，這場講座都不容錯過！
