陳志強
臺灣大學哲學系副教授，香港中文大學哲學博士畢業。曾任哈佛大學哈佛燕京學社、麻省理工學院語言學及哲學系和波士頓大學神學院訪問學者；香港中文大學哲學系及香港科技大學人文學部兼任講師。過去獲頒哈佛燕京學社訪問學者計劃、富布萊特—研資局香港研究學者獎、傅爾布萊特資深學者研究獎助金、科技部年輕學者養成計畫：愛因斯坦培植計劃。研究興趣為中國哲學，特別是宋明理學、比較哲學和道德心理學。著有《晚明王學原惡論》，於Dao、《中國文哲研究集刊》、《中國哲學與文化》等國內外期刊發表論文多篇。

|| 摘要（Abstract）:

在此活動中，講者會分享自己的研究和 Fullbright 的獲獎經驗。

講者研究摘要: This paper presents an enactive perspective on the moral mind within Neo-Confucian ethics, with a particular focus on Wang Yangming and his Taizhou followers’ concept of moral knowledge (liangzhi 良知). Traditional ethical models, like those of the Song Ming Neo-Confucian tradition, often prioritize establishing a solid ground, centering on grasping universal rational principles or cultivating a moral mind as crucial for living ethically. However, in line with the enactive insights of groundlessness, I argue that there does not exist a fixed, isolated metaphysical ground in our ethical lives. Even if a metaphysical moral mind exists, it must be manifested through embodied interaction and engagement with the myriad things of the world. I thus propose that the moral mind and liangzhi extend beyond mere cognitive processes in the head, manifesting instead as an integrated mind-body-world system, and are characterized by supra-reflective, embodied, and contextually grounded coping mechanisms. My account aims to reshape our understanding of the moral mind and liangzhi, (Neo-Confucian) ethics, and the concepts of agency, autonomy, and moral responsibility. 

傅爾布萊特 (Fulbright) 計畫:  美國最具指標性的國際交換計畫，全球共有 49 個基金會與超過 100 個大使館負責運作，總計有 160 國參與。透過此計畫的交流，將各國的學者、學人與夥伴單位連結，形成一個多元與活絡的網絡，從鼓勵多方理解出發，促進知識分享、改善生活。六十年來，學術交流基金會已經選送超過一千六百位臺灣獲獎人前往美國深造，亦選送超過一千七百位美國獲獎人來臺交流。留學美國諮詢中心 (EducationUSA) 隸屬美國國務院，在超過 175 個國家和地區設有 430 個諮詢中心，旨在提供準確、全面、客觀且最新的美國留學相關資訊，目前由學術交流基金會與美國在台協會共同執行，提供台灣學子免費且準確客觀的美國留學資訊和引導。EducationUSA 顧問團擁有赴美學習的第一手經驗與資訊，在各機關、學校、民間團體舉辦留學美國相關講座或活動，並透過網站、線上研討會和社群媒體平台即時分享留美新訊。Fulbright除了較為人知的碩博士獎助學金外，也有針對在台灣的資深學者，提供赴美進行文化以及學術交流的獎助金，鼓勵在不同的學術高度進行台美交流。這次project Tyra與Fulbright及EducationUSA一同邀請了三位2022-2023在不同領域、學校任教的獲獎老師，除了向大家分享自己的研究之外，也剖析傅爾布萊特的交換計畫如何幫助他們深化台美學術以及學人之間的交流，讓自己在學術路上獲得更多的研究量能，不斷追求卓越以及自我精進。
